I found some directories that appeared to be related AMD chips and even though my system is Intel based I renamed all those directories.

I unchecked it and right clicked it setting it to Hidden. I rebooted and went to the Windows Update screen of the Control Panel and it showed the "Upgrade to Windows 10" update as ready to install. I once again selected "show all available updates" and it again shows 1 Optional update named "Upgrade to Windows 10 Home" as checked and it is no longer hidden. How do I set this upgrade to hidden and have it remain hidden until I decide I want to use it?
